Artists in the Columbia Basin are invited to apply for funding through Neighbourhood Small Grants: Creative Spark!

Are you a professional artist living and working in the Columbia Basin region?

Neighborhood Small Grants: Creative SparkĀ offersĀ 100% coverageĀ for projects up toĀ $1,000Ā to support professional artists to engageĀ young peopleĀ in schools and communities in arts-based projects.

Professional artists across all disciplines living and working in the Columbia Basin region are invited to apply for funding for projects happening between September 2015 and August 2016.

Do you have a project idea that would do the following?

– Build your capacity and confidence as an artist working with young people and arts-based learning;

– Provide young people opportunities to engage actively in the arts, and promote an appreciation of the arts;

– Foster connections between young people, artists, arts organizations and schools.

Then you should apply.

Grants are submitted and assessed on a rolling intake which means you can apply anytime within the current funding cycle (July 2015 – June 2016)
