Donna Grainger, East Kootenay Foundation for Health (EKFH) Executive Director accepts a donation for the foundation’s general purpose fund from Beachcomber’s Murray Floyd, Shane Ouilette, Julie Hills and Shandi Hyggen. The funds were raised through the company’s Spring Splash Sales event.

The general purpose fund allows the EKFH board of directors to allocate funding to the area of greatest need and provides much more flexibility than if a gift is restricted to a specific use.  To learn more about some of the pieces of equipment funded by EKFH from this type of general funding please visit www.ekfh.ca.
