Fernie Chamber holds AGM
On Thursday, April 24 the Fernie Chamber of Commerce hosted its Annual General Meeting at The Stanford Hotel & Resort.
The meeting was a success, passing bylaw changes and introducing a new Board of Directors. A huge thanks goes out to all the sponsors of the event: Teck, Goldstar Cleaning, CP Catering, Best Western Fernie Mountain Lodge, TD Canada Trust, Isosceles Business Systems, Koocanusa Campsite & Marina, Haddad Financial Services, Rockies Law Corporation, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and Mow & Snow – We couldn’t have done it without you! Thank you as well to The Stanford Hotel & Resort for their hospitality and service.
Lastly, thanks goes out to those businesses that donated door prizes- Tourism Fernie, The Tipple Cold Beer & Wine, Haddad Financial, The Fernie Visitor Centre, and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.
We are excited to continue providing great service to our business community throughout 2014 and beyond!
