The Lake Windermere Summer Splash is a fun, free family event taking place on the shores of Lake Windermere. The event follows the Open Water Swim with more water and beach competitions, including stand-up paddleboard, kayak and canoe races and beach volleyball. Be prepared for some great “edu-tainment”: fun water stewardship learning activities for kids. The event is brought to you by the Lake Windermere Ambassadors, a local lake stewardship NGO, and is supported by many other local community organizations. Join the Splash!
