“I took up painting to explore, express and record the travels and seasons of my inner world. I wanted to create directly from my heart, from my intuition, my feelings and less from my head. In my paintings, I am documenting the energy of what I feel and
sense. I look forward to sharing the creative process with you.”
At a young age, Carol explored photography, journal writing, piano and dance as a means of self expression. She graduated with
a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of California and studied watercolour painting at the Vancouver
School of Art (now Emily Carr, University of Art & Design) and both painting and photography at the Banff Centre.
In addition to her art work, her career has encompassed freelance journalism, photography as well as research, business and
wellness consulting and teaching courses and workshops in the arts, personal development and home-based business fields.
Carol’s art work has appeared in numerous individual and group exhibits and hangs in private collections in homes and business offices across North America.
