The Challenge is open to all residents of Kimberley, be they individuals, or families. Participants can submit photos, short updates, poems, stories, videos, etc. on the healthy choices/changes they are making by e-mail, Facebook, or submissions dropped off at the Kimberley Medical Clinic.
