Dr. Tom Ristimaki, PhD presents an evening of intriguing possibilities and inspiring examples based on his own applied research and personal experience. Drawing on insights from outdoor/adventure education, international travel, hypnotherapy, firewalking, military special forces training, and the psychology of happiness, this interactive presentation will challenge the audience to question their limiting beliefs and take action in their own lives.
