Child pornography charge for Windermere man
Columbia Valley RCMP has charged a 26-year-old Windermere man for being inĀ possession of child pornography.
As a result of information provided to the Columbia Valley RCMP Detachment from the Integrated Child Exploitation Unit in December, Cst. Reinburg initiated an investigation.
As a result of information gained from a production order on the server, an application for a search warrant was approved and executed by Columbia Valley officers on Feb. 5 at a residence in the 600 block of Upper Lakeview Road.
As a result of the investigation and evidence seized a 26-year-old male from Windermere has been charged with possession of child pornography, reported Columbia Valley RCMP Detachment NCO S/Sgt. Marko Shehovac.
