Fashionable way to support ICU
The annual Ladies’ Hospital Auxiliary Fashion Show was held Oct. 15 at the Heritage Inn.
The fashion show and auction, emceed by Loree Duczek, with D’Arcy Kennedy serving as auctioneer, raised $11,800 for the East Kootenay Regional Hospital ICU project.
Escorting Ladies Auxiliary models down the runway were members of the Kootenay ICE, the Cranbrook-based Western Hockey League team.
The Hospital Auxiliary has committed to raise $450,000 this year.
