Gay retains Area C
Rob Gay has retained his position of Regional District of East Kootenay Electoral Area C Director.
Gay captured about three-quarters of the vote in the election, sending him back for a fourth term in office.
Gay received 543 votes compared to challenger Don Flowers who received 215 votes.
Gay was victorious in all seven polls.
