Medal presentation for Area C resident
City of Cranbrook Mayor Wayne Stetski and Regional District of East Kootenay Board Chair and Electoral Area C director Rob Gay presented a Non-Article 5 NATO Medal for Service on NATO Operation Unified Protector-Libya to Area C resident Major Leah Byrne (centre) at the outset of city council meeting Nov. 25.
