Police seek witnesses of hit and runPosted: March 12, 2013

Kimberley RCMP are asking for assistance from the public regarding a hit and run that occurred sometime late afternoon Monday, March 11 in the intersection of the alley ways behind Moyie Street and 4th Avenue in Townsite.

The suspect vehicle struck the concrete foundation of a residential carport causing damage to the structure then left the scene without stopping. Evidence left at the scene indicates the vehicle is light blue in color and likely sustained considerable damage to the passenger side front end.

Anyone with who may have witnessed this or has information with respect to this incident is being asked to contact the Kimberley RCMP or Crimestoppers.
