At the Library

By Mike Selby

Cranbrook Public Library

Blair Farish’s ‘The Clockwatcher’ is out in a brand new revised and illustrated edition. Farish—who barely survived the crash of a search and rescue plane near St. Mary’s Lake in 1983—wrote about his long and unimaginably painful recovery in the book’s first edition published in 1985. He has now updated his story with eight new chapters, chronicling what he calls “a wonderful final outcome.” This is a highly recommended read; a true story full of hope and inspiration.
