Evaluation and International Speech Contest Saturday
Toastmasters International will be holding their Division C Evaluation and International Speech Contest at the College of the Rockies, Lecture Theatre, Room 250, on Saturday, April 12, at 1 p.m. The best evaluators and speakers from southeast B.C. and the Okanagan will be competing for the right to progress to the District Conference where contestants from all of B.C. will compete.
The public is welcome to attend and hear these championship speakers compete.
Our area will be represented by David Farrell of Cranbrook and Barb West of Creston in the Evaluation Contest. Melanie Holloway of Cranbrook and Richard Chlopecki of Creston will be competing in the International Speech Contest.
Toastmasters International is an organization dedicated to improving the communication and leadership skills of its members.
