And it’s really, really, really good.
HOLY CRAP I JUST MADE ICING.
This is an icing recipe for absolute idiots.
You can do this.
I have faith in you.
Holy Cr*p Icing
1/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup cream
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
Bring the first three ingredients to a boil and then simmer for two minutes. Remove from heat. Add the icing sugar, beat until creamy and then pour and spread quickly on cooled cake.
Leave extra in the pot so you can eat it in shame over the sink.
