If you are interested in defeating Prime Minister Stephen Harper in this election, recent polling is saying it is very close between Kootenay-Columbia NDP Candidate Wayne Stetski and incumbent MP Conservative candidate David Wilks, with the Liberals far behind. If people are thinking of voting Liberal it will be a wasted vote and if they wish to defeat the Conservatives and Harper, it would be in their best interests to vote NDP.
