Kelly Hrudey and Friends Charity Golf Classic at Copper PointPosted: August 14, 2012

On August 15 and 16 Copper Point Golf Club and Resort will host the inaugural Kelly Hrudey & Friends Charity Golf Classic, featuring 36 celebrity players with varying professions including hockey, golf, alpine ski racing, television, politics and entrepreneurial business people.

The celebrities and guests will enjoy two days of golf surrounded by the beautiful Purcell and Rocky Mountains and evenings filled with great food and fabulous entertainment. All this and the two day event will raise awareness and funds for youth – including the Alberta Adolescent Recovery Centre (AARC), the Invermere Summit Youth Centre and the local elementary and high school Hockey Academy.
Currently there are six out of 108 tournament spots available. If you are interested in golfing, please contact Brian Schaal or Joanne Gray.
