John Thomas SHEPHERD

With broken hearts, it saddens us to announce the sudden death of John T Shepherd. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and uncle.

John was a farrier for many years in this valley and beyond. Shoeing was his passion; he had a gift of knowledge. A walking encyclopedia if you will. He may have forgotten a name, but never a horse. He also worked as a heavy duty mechanic throughout the valley until he broke his back and could no longer work.

John will be missed by many.
