Doris K Woods
Doris K. Woods of Kensington and formerly of French River, passed away at the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 at the age of 75.
Born in Kimberley, B.C,. May 26, 1945, daughter of the late John and Ola (Bernard) Woods. She is survived by her sons John (Marla) Bernard and Paul (Tracy) Bernard, grandchildrenĀ Bailea, Samnatha, Sam and Nathan,Ā twin sister Olive Steinwandt of Fernie, B.C., Doug (Colleen) Woods of Canal Flats, B.C, Norma (Eric) Janzen, sister-in-law Dorothy Woods and brothers-in-law Gerald (Delores) Bernard and Wendell Thompson, also several nieces and nephews.
Doris was predeceased by her daughter Leiana Marie Bernard, her former husband and friend Wayne Bernard, brothers Peter (Verna) Woods, Dave Woods, Harold Woods, sister-in-law Joan Thompson and brothers-in-law Sonny Steinwandt and Donald Bernard.
A private interment took place in Geddie Memorial Cemetery, in Spring Brook.
