Kimberley Kaleidoscope workshop opportunities still available

kimberley kaleidoscope logoThe Kimberley Kaleidoscope arts & culture festival offers a variety of workshop opportunities for local artists and beginners in a variety of disciplines. Spaces are still available in most of these workshops and people interested in participating can contact the email addresses listed with each workshop below for detailed info and to register.

Following in chronological order are the workshops currently available:

August 5/6/7, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily – Deconstructing and reconstructing textiles with Angelika Werth at COTR Kimberley campus, for people with some fibre arts experience. Workshop fee $150 +GST. For details and to register email [email protected] or [email protected].

August 5, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Plein air painting for beginners with Jim Robertson at Centre 64 and on location. Workshop fee $80 +GST. For info and to register email [email protected].

August 5 & 7, from 7 to 9 p.m. each evening – Lantern-making with Helen Robertson at Kimberley United Church Hall. Workshop fee $5 for two sessions. For info and to register email [email protected].

August 6 & 7, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily – Plein air painting for experienced painters with Doug Swinton at Centre 64 and on location. Workshop fee $195 +GST. For info and to register email [email protected].
