What’s up at the CDAC this month

Cranbrook and District Arts Council, SWSS and CCRIFC Present: Let Them Run Salmon Reintroduction Art Show

Tuesday, February 3 to Friday, Feb. 27. CDAC has partnered with the Canadian Columbia River Inter-Tribal River Fisheries Commission and the Salmo Watershed Streamkeepers Society to bring you an amazing art show focused on bringing salmon back into the Columbia and Kootenay Basin area. There are 21 artists from around the area showing their work.

Sketching Class with Artist Marc

Saturday, February 21 at 2 p.m. – $25/person. A workshop focused on Sketching skills. Students are to bring a set of different grade pencils and a sketch pad. The Art Gallery is located at: Room #104, 135 10th Avenue South, Cranbrook. Intro to Oils Workshop

Saturday, February 28 at 2 p.m. – $35/person. An introductory workshop focused on Oil painting skills. Registrants will be sent the supply list.

CBT Program 1 and 2 Grant Applications

The Cranbrook and District Arts Council is now accepting Grant Applications for 2015/2016 Funding CBT Programs 1 and 2.
