The 11th Annual Haiti Gala and Auction is taking place on Saturday, May 10th at the Cranbrook Curling Club beginning at 5pm. The theme this year is “Down the Rabbit Hole” and guests are encouraged come in Alice in Wonderland style or formal attire. Dinner will be catered by the Heid-Out, live music provided by Dewey, Cheatum and Howe, and the evening will be hosted once again by entertainer and auctioneer Gery Schubert. Tickets are $100.00 each (a portion of which is tax deductible) and can be purchased individually or in tables of 8. They are available at the Kootenay Therapy Center in Western Financial Place 250-426-4629.
