Tanglefoot Training Centre is hosting a free day on Saturday, January 3rd from 9 – 5 pm. Come on in to take part in a fabulous demo class, listen in on a nutrition talk, take a tour of the facility, try out the equipment for yourself, or just too see what we offer!
