Native culture hinges on the belief that the land responds positively to care and respect. Please join Wildsight Invermere and the Stevens family from the Shuswap Band on Wednesday, September 10th, from 6:30-8:00pm when they will lead an interpretive walk as part of Wildsight’s ongoing Lake Enid Restoration Project. This is a unique opportunity to learn about their traditional knowledge and use of wild plants. You may even get to try some homemade recipes! Everyone is welcome to this free event.
