Chamber congratulates Stetski

The Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce congratulates Member of Parliament elect Wayne Stetski on his success at the polls in securing the Kootenay—Columbia riding in Election 2015.

“I want to congratulate Mr. Stetski on his accomplishment at the polls,” said chamber board chair Dave Struthers. “The chamber looks forward to working with Mr. Stetski as our representative in Ottawa.”

The Cranbrook Chamber joined the Canadian Chamber network in being active throughout the campaign.

The chamber election platform, A Canada That Wins, highlighted Access to a Powerful Workforce, Access to Markets, Access to Capital and Access to Technology and Innovation as key priorities for the next government to focus on to increase Canada’s competitiveness.

“The Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce is the vital connection between local business and the federal government. We will work with Mr. Stetski to advance our issues and positions to Ottawa,” said Chamber Executive Director David D. Hull.

The Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce thanks MP David Wilks for his over four years of dedication and service to the people of Cranbrook and the riding.

“Mr. Wilks was a very good MP.  Always accessible and very understanding of Chamber’s work to build business and the community,” said Hull.Chamber all candidates
