Fire departments team to kill fire at mill
The Village of Radium Hot Springs Fire Department (RHSFD) was helped by Invermere Fire Rescue (IFR) late yesterday afternoon in knocking down a fire in the Canfor Mill yard.
The two departments attended the outdoor fire at about 5 p.m. March 28.
“The fire was contained quickly, with minimal loss to the yard,” RHSFD reported on social media.
No injuries were reported.
“Great job overall to all crews!” RHSFD stated in a social media shoutout to the IFR.
