The City of Cranbrook reports the aquatic centre at Western Financial Place will be open as usual this weekend (September 7, 8) and all next week (September 9 – 13) for lessons, classes and public swimming.

The pool has been closed the past two days due to some debris fall due to work on the facility roof.

“Ongoing roof construction work at Western Financial Place may cause some occasional additional closures over the next several weeks. We’ll continue to provide updates as needed,” the city stated Sept. 6
