Cranbrook Chamber holding Zoom AGM March 17
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Election of Directors of the Board for the Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce will take place Wednesday, March 17 via ZOOM.
The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct the business of the AGM of the Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce as outlined in the bylaws.
The agenda will include the election of the board of directors, presentation of the 2020 financial statements and the business of the organization as required.
The nominating committee will present the following list of candidates for consideration:
PresidentĀ – One Year Term – Christine Hoechsmann ā The Bedroom Furniture Gallery;
Vice PresidentĀ – One Year Term – David Stypula – Stypula Financial Group, CIBC Wood Gundy;
TreasurerĀ – One Year Term – Ryan Gibbard – McElhanney Consulting Services Ltd.;
Director – Four to be elected – Two year terms ending March 31, 2023
Kerstin Renner ā Work BC;
Aleitha Harvey – Ella’s;
Tracey Whiting ā College of the Rockies;
Marlin Ratch – Industry Training Authority.
The AGM will be conducted over Zoom at noon on Wednesday, March 17 and a meeting invite will be emailedĀ out after registration.
