Cranbrook RCMP Report
The following is a summary of some of the calls reported to Cranbrook RCMP for the period between Sept. 30 and Oct. 6.
Calls for Service: 181
One Impaired Driving: A 24 hour prohibition.
Nine collisions total: Four in the city and five outside the city.
14 driving complaints: seven in the city and seven outside the city.
Eight assaults.
Two hit and run: (one criminal offence causing bodily harm).
11 thefts: including five thefts from motor vehicles, one shoplifting and one theft of vehicle (recovered).
Three mischief to property.
Two drug seizures: drug trafficking arrests / seizures.
15 false alarms and false 911 calls.
