Cranbrook RCMP Report

rcmp logo glossyThe following is a synopsis of calls received by Cranbrook RCMP for the week (from 6 a.m.) June 20 to 6 a.m., June 27.

The detachment received 167 calls for service throughout that period.

Among the calls police handled…

Five collisions – two minor injury collisions and the other three resulted in minor damage. In two of the collisions drivers were charged.

10 Mental Health Act calls – three apprehended.

Six assault complaints: three domestic in nature.

Five thefts reported: three of these were thefts from vehicles.

One Break and Enters reported.

Seven reports of mischief to property.

One drug seizure -marijuana.

All good with grad

Cranbrook RCMP is happy to report very little over this grad weekend. As we have all seen in the past, there is great potential for tragedy during a time that should be joyous. Congratulations Class of 2016 and all the best to you as you make your way through life!
