Cranbrook Fire and Emergency Services member Clayton Murrell was this week acclaimed as vice-president of the B.C. Professional Fire Fighters’ Association (BCPFFA) for the Kootenay region.

Murrell, pictured above fourth from the right, said he is “proud and humbled to be acclaimed. Thank you to my home local for nomination and support from the Kootenay locals. I look forward to this next term of continuation of all fire fighter issues,” he stated.
