Local company up for CHBACI honour
Cranbrook-based New Dawn Developments Ltd. Is a finalist for a Canadian Home Builders Association Central Interior (CHBACI) Keystone Award.
CHBACI announced today finalists for a series of awards in its 15th annual recognition and honour of outstanding achievements made within the home building industry over the past year and celebrate those who have gone above and beyond in upholding the highest level of construction industry excellence.
New Dawn Developments Ltd.’s Legacy Lookout – Phase 1 Show home is a finalist for ‘Best Single Family Detached Home: $350,000 to $500,000.’
There were 23 award categories, each with their own individual submission criteria, that allow companies to showcase the unique aspects of their recently completed new builds, renovation projects, interior or landscape design, sales and marketing campaigns, partnerships, energy efficiency measures and more. Finalists and winners of each category were judged by experienced, well-respected and award-winning professionals from across the country. They drew on their experience and expertise to adjudicate each entry in its category. A representative from BDO Canada LLP recorded and tabulated each judge’s vote.
“The Keystone Awards are seen as a true showcase of expertise and industry excellence across the province,” said CHBA Central Interior President, Kelly Reid. “Receiving an award or finalist designation within a category can quickly assist in establishing a company’s legitimacy and potentially further its reputation as a whole with the general public.”
Winners will be announced at the Keystone Awards Gala at Kamloops’ TRU Grand Hall on Saturday, February 1, 2020.
