Mount Baker Secondary School Sports Update

Senior Boys Volleyball

The Mount Baker Secondary School (MBSS) Senior Boys were in Fernie last weekend, playing against Elkford (25-12; 25-18) and Fernie (L 25-18; W 25-13; W 15-8).

In the semi finals they played against Fernie Academy and won W25-18; L 25-23; W 15-7. The playoffs were a best of five. The boys played against Fernie again and won in three sets 25-15; 25-12; 25-23.

Junior Boys and Girls Volleyball

Both Junior teams won first place in the Creston tournament.

This upcoming weekend the senior MBSS teams are travelling to Okotoks , Alberta and the juniors are at home. The girls play Friday and Saturday at Parkland Middle School, and the boys play Saturday at Mount Baker.
