Drivers using the intersection of 11th Street South and 7th Avenue South are advised that it is now a four-way stop effective Tuesday morning.

After a review of traffic volume numbers by staff, the decision was made to make the intersection a four way stop to improve both pedestrian and traffic safety. A large number of pedestrians, especially children, use that intersection to get to school at Gordon Terrace Elementary School each day.

Drivers are asked to be aware of the traffic change and please use caution when using that intersection going forward.
