New GM appointed at Heritage Inn
The Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre Cranbrook is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Bouchard as the new General Manager.
Bouchard comes with 25 years of hospitality experience to her new role as General Manager. For the last 15 years, California born Bouchard has been passionate about growing tourism in the East Kootenay.
“I have a genuine passion for creating experiences that guests rave about and developing a caring culture at the hotels I manage,” said Bouchard.
In addition to sitting on the Cranbrook Tourism board for the past three years, Bouchard was highlighted as one of three ‘Cranbrook Influencers’ for 2019 by Kootenay Business.
The Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre is excited for Jennifer to join their team and looks forward to working together to provide Cranbrook and area residents an enhanced experience and exceptional service at their hotel whether for rooms, banquets, meetings, restaurant or lounge.
