Registering for recreation programs and classes is now easier with the launch of PerfectMind, the City of Cranbrook’s new online registration software.

Available starting Thursday, August 15 – timed with the release of the 2019 fall program guide – this new user-friendly online portal looks to improve overall customer service by allowing residents to easily search, register and pay for a variety of recreation programming offered by the city, on any device at any time of day.

With a robust search function, you can search for an activity by keyword, age, day or time and view class availability and book online.

You can also track your swim lesson history for your family members in your personalized account and print receipts when you need. Credit card information is saved in the encrypted and secure system for easy and fast transactions.

To create your account, visit www.westernfinancialplace.ca and click on ‘Log In’ located at the top of the homepage, then click on ‘Create An Account’. Please visit Community Services at Western Financial Place or call the pool desk at 250-489-0220 if you need any assistance.
