JCI Kootenay’s annual Santa Claus Parade flowed in a different direction this year but Cranbrook residents once again turned out in droves to take it in and then flocked to the Christmas Farmers’ Market and Winter Block Party.

This year the parade flowed east down Baker Street.

While arriving at Western Financial Place for the market and Winter Block Party, residents were treated to a sky-cracking, chest-rattling fireworks display by Kamloops’ Emerald City Fireworks.
