Survey focusses on patients without family physicians

Calling on all patients without a family physician to participate in a research study.

We are pleased to announce that Cranbrook is part of a UBC research study to understand how to better help patients without a family physician or nurse practitioner to access preventative health care.

The survey will help the researchers and local health care planning teams to understand the needs of patients in Cranbrook.

The survey can be found here.

The pinned post at the top of the page has the survey link in it.

Any patients who have used the Cranbrook Virtual Clinic for Unattached Patients before, are also welcome to complete the survey.

The clinic can be accessed on Tuesdays 1-5 p.m. at 250-426-4890 or visit the website for a link to the Virtual Waiting room.
