City of Cranbrook Public Works crews will need to close part of Cobham Avenue in Cranbrook on Friday, March 27 for the repair of a water main break, next to Signal Collision.

Work is to start at 7:30 a.m. Friday and is expected to take most of the day. A detour will be in place around the construction, with signage and flaggers in place.

As with any water-related repair, the possibility is there that customers living nearby may have some discoloured water once service is restored. This is not a health concern. You are asked to run your cold water until the water runs clear.

We appreciate the understanding of those customers and motorists who may be impacted during this work.
