Car-jackers have day in court
Two men and one woman who were arrested and charged following a dramatic series of events in the Elk Valley July 4 had their day in court on July 9.
Zara Morrison of Alberta was released on court documentation and will appear in Sparwood Provincial Court on August 22. Brendan Treacy and Taylor Curl, also of Alberta, remain in custody and their next court appearance will be on July 25, in Fernie.
Elk Valley RCMP continues its investigation and is asking anyone who witnessed or video recorded any part of this incident on their cell phones, to contact them at 250-425-6233.
