So many opportunities to give and not sure where to give? Look no further … The Great Canadian Giving Challenge is back for its sixth year between June 1-30.
For every dollar donated in the month of June to Canadian Mental Health Association for the Kootenays via this location or https://kootenays.cmha.bc.ca/ is one chance for CMHA Kootenays to win $20,000.
Now that would be a win/win. Not only are you supporting CMHA Kootenays, but if we win, we can better support those in the Kootenays by delivering more mental health services.
In the month of June, we are raising funds to better support those we serve. Your donation will help us to support and provide services to women and their children fleeing violence and abuse; increase the confidence of a youth; help a child deal with the abuse they witnessed; support our volunteers who lend an ear to a senior unable to leave their home; or to provide trainings such as Mental Health First Aid, safeTalk, and ASIST to those in the Kootenays.
Every dollar you are able to donate helps us help others and gives CMHA Kootenays an opportunity to win $20,000. Tax receipts will be issued for all donations over $25.
