RDEK seeks views on STRs in rural areas
AirBnB, VRBO, HouseFlip, TripAdvisor… the list goes on. How do you feel about Short Term Rentals in the rural (Electoral) areas of the Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK)?
The regional government is asking residents to let them know their views on Short Term Rentals (STRs).
The RDEK is working on a planning process to determine best management options to address Short Term Rentals.
Hearing from residents and property owners is a key part of the process, the RDEK noted on social media July 12.
