Teck Resources Limited (Teck) today announced it has made a $250,000 holiday donation to the East Kootenay Foundation for Health and the Crowsnest Pass Health Foundation to support their work improving health outcomes.

Teck donated $50 on behalf of each employee at its steelmaking coal operations.

“We recognize the challenges that local organizations are facing due to COVID-19 and in the spirit of the holiday season we’re pleased to provide this support in the communities where our employees live and work,” said Robin Sheremeta, Senior Vice President, Coal.
