Thanks to these trying pandemic times, many annual events and traditions have had to be cancelled.

Such is the case for community Terry Fox Runs, a staple in mid September every year across Canada.

This year, rather than take part in a community run, how about joining a national one?

Participate wherever you are. Around your neighbourhood, backyard, down the street or around the block.
