District of Elkford Mayor Dean McKerracher has released another video providing details around the COVID-19 pandemic response.

He outlines what has been re-opened and is due to re-open, and encourages residents to continue their good work at helping keep everyone safe in the community.

Additionally, the municipal campground is due to open June 1 for essential workers only.

As a result, he asks those camping along district thoroughfares to move to the campground at that time and be respectful to district staff who will be asking them to stop camping on municipal property.
