Extensive vandalism shutting Aquatic Centre Oct. 15
The City of Fernie reported this afternoon (Oct. 14) that due to extensive vandalism on Sunday night, the Fernie Aquatic Centre will be closed on Tuesday, October, 15.
An update will be provided when the facility is ready to be re-opened, the city said on social media.
If you witnessed any suspicious activity at the pool, please contact the Elk Valley RCMP.
