The City of Kimberley Fire Department hosted the 2018 Fire Prevention Open House at Station No. 1 on Thursday, September 13.

The event featured a host of great activities for the kids, an opportunity to meet local firefighters and Kimberley RCMP officers, and enjoy burgers by donation.

Proceeds from the BBQ will be donated to Muscular Dystrophy Canada.

This year’s theme was Look. Listen. Learn. Be Aware – Fire Can Happen Anywhere.
