Over Time Beer Works now open
Just in time for summer, Over Time Beer Works has started pouring beer in Kimberley.
The Kootenay’s latest brewery has officially started beer production, and their initial offering is available for the public with more to follow soon.
“Our initial offering includes our Good Evening Brown Ale, Mountain Standard Gold Ale, Copper Top Wheat Beer, and our Right About Now IPA,” said brewery owner Kenny Dodd. “Stop in to fill a growler or take a taste!”
The brewery is focusing on making well-crafted beers, and is looking to create both traditional timeless tastes as well as some more unconventional offerings.
“We’ve had overwhelmingly positive response to our initial offerings. We’ve always thought good beer and thirsty people usually work well together, but we’re happy to hear great feedback right at the beginning. That’s enough talk. We’ve got to get back to making beer,” said Dodd.
Over Time Beer Works is located at 136A Wallinger Avenue, in Kimberley.
