The City of Kimberley Dec. 18 provided notice that the regular meeting of council scheduled for Monday, December 23 has been cancelled.

The meeting cancellation is as per City of Kimberley Procedure Bylaw No. 2598, 2017, section 8.4(b), where the corporate officer, in consultation with the mayor and chief administrative officer, is authorized to cancel or postpone a regular council or committee of the whole meeting, and establish a different day, time or location for that meeting, in the case of insufficient business on the agenda to justify holding a meeting.
