Bylaw No. 3061 “Regional District of East Kootenay – Upper Columbia Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 1992 – Amendment Bylaw No. 372, 2021 (Windermere North / Bad Toro Properties Ltd) will amend the designation of Lot 3, District Lot 4347, Kootenay District, Plan EPP97901 from R-1(MH), Single Family Residential – Mobile Home Zone to R-1(B) Single Family Residential – Small Lot Zone and amend the development regulations for the subject property.
